Sydney Practice Room

A 12 week program, meeting fortnightly.

Begins Thursday 9th February 2012 and concludes 26th April 2012  

 

WHO SHOULD APPLY

All front line practitioners and those who supervise them are invited to express an interest in joining the Practice Room© Program including, Case Managers, Care Coordinators, Social/Welfare Workers, Children Service Practitioners, Disability Workers, Youth workers, Community Nurses, Mental Health Workers, Community Based Allied Health Care Workers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A  program, that includes:

  • Six planned, three hour group sessions filled with interactive learning, guest speakers, and practice/theory linkages;
  • individual coaching focused on developing practice goals;
  • networking opportunities;
  • access to tools to assist your learning in measuring outcomes and the value of your practice;
  • access to contemporary good practice evidence for community practitioners;
  • opportunity to share experience and ideas with CEO's and community sector leaders with the view of increasing good practice.
