Zakumi's The Practice Room is fast becoming recognised as a preferred leadership and development program for community care practitioners.The Program brings together front line practitioners, over a period of time to learn new skills, unravel their practice dilemmas and transfer theory and evidence into their practice.
WHO IS IT FOR: All front line practitioners and those who supervise them are invited to express an interests in joining the Practice Room including case managers, care coordinators, social welfare workers, children service practitioners, disability workers, youth workers, community nurses, mental health workers and community based allied health workers.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: A 12 week program that includes six planned, 3 hour sessions, individual coaching, networking opportunities, learning to measure outcomes and the value of your practice an much more.
PROGRAM DATES: This is a 12 week Program that will include 6 planned sessions. Formal sessions will be three hours on the following dates:
Wednesday 20th June, Wednesday 4th July, Wednesday 18th July, Wednesday 1st August, Wednesday 15th August and Wednesday 29th August.
